There is NO reason for the up and down of the price of gasoline. Not now. Everyone here thought it would sky rocket when Israel was attacked and oil fields threatened or actually attacked. But it didn't. Why not? And why the nickel up, dime down stuff? That's just strange.

It is indeed weird. Our usual station is at $2.34/gallon, while in the next block it's $2.69/gallon. You'd think with the tankers not going through the Suez Canal and around the Horn the prices would reflect the increase in time and fuel.

I paid $2.57 at Sam's. Their gas is worth the cost of the membership. The place I would otherwise go was 49 cents higher. It was time to fill up the cans for farm gas so it makes a big difference when you're buying over 30 gallons.

With my mom being in the hospital I hadn’t checked prices this week and was afraid they might have started going back up. Nope, down to 3.11 today, probably 4-5 cents lower than last time I checked.

In 6 days it’s dropped another 11 cents. Now 3.00 at the station by me, 2.98 at another a few blocks away.

Prices up 7 cents Saturday from the day before. $2.84 at Costco/Sam's. I don't buy gas anywhere else so I don't watch the toher prices tightly, but saw the BP and Speedways prices were $3.15-3.20 as I drove past.
Costco/Sam's were $2.56 a week ago!

Prices are flying up here. Costco is $2.99 now. So up 15 cents in 4 days! It is up 43 cents in a week and a half. YouTubers have been saying for the last few weeks it was going to fly up. It is locally. BPs and Speedways are ranging from $3.15 to $3.39

First time we’ve had a rise in prices in months. I think my tank’s still pretty full but may go top it off today and fill a couple of gas cans. Looks like this may be as low as it goes.

What a jump!! Last time I was in town, a few days ago gas was $2.89, today it was $3.15! Something really screwy is going on. I haven't read about any reason for such a jump in just a few days, but there has to be an explanation we're just not hearing about. Any guesses?
