Does it really matter who "wakes up" and goes for Trump? THEY still count the votes, THEY still have the dominion voting machines. Anyone who was paying attention in 2020 knows that Trump won the election.

OH YES it matters.
Numbers.
If I had a choice to build a house from scratch with 5 people who have my passion, my beliefs, my political leanings, look like me, talk like me, act like me..........
OR
50 people who share my passion, but may not believe like me, vote like me, look like me, talk like me, act like me??
I will take the 50, for 500 Alex.
Safety in numbers

This isn't from the Georgia 'trial' but I thought it would fit in this thread anyway. theconservativetreehouse.com/blog/2023/10/02/unreal-provocation-judge-in-new-york-civil-trial-against-donald-trump-invites-media-into-courtroom-to-highlight-circus-trial-and-ham-for-the-cameras/Wow, does this video ever reflect the state of our corrupted judicial system within a nation that is frayed and collapsing from the radical use of activist Lawfare in litigation against political enemies. In a New York Civil case against President Trump where the judge is attempting to banish the Trump business from the state, activist Judge Arthur Engoron invited the media into the courtroom so he could emphasize the circus atmosphere and generate extreme gleefulness and antagonism toward courtroom events. As the media clamored for video and still pictures of President Trump and his lawyers in court, Judge Arthur Engoron, then removed his glasses, smiled and posed for the cameras as if President Trump was a trophy on display. This is insanity in the judiciary and seemingly intended to provoke extreme backlash. More along with video at the link.

More info coming out on the judge in the trial. He obviously thinks he is God. www.dailyfetched.com/unearthed-video-shows-trump-judge-bragging-he-can-alter-verdicts-if-his-emotions-dont-agree/Unearthed Video Shows Trump Judge Bragging He Can Alter Verdicts If His ‘Emotions’ Don’t Agree The presiding judge in the New York real estate trial of President Donald Trump once boasted he could change verdicts if he believed the jury got “it wrong.” In a newly unearthed video now circulating on X, the New York District Judge Arthur Engoron is seen telling a college audience he has seen juries frequently reach conclusions he disagreed with. more at link

Don't ever think you can get justice in this system. The Rule of Law is dead and buried in this country. And everyone seems to be using the term democracy instead of Republic. Brainwashed is what they are. tennesseestar.com/justice/commentary-gag-order-against-trump-is-the-real-threat-to-democracy/admin/2023/10/25/Commentary: Gag Order Against Trump Is the Real Threat to Democracy The reason you have not heard of a gag order on par with the one imposed on former President Trump is that it is highly unusual. Normally, in a criminal proceeding, there are no gag orders. To the extent they exist, they typically only bind the lawyers, who are admonished to adhere to the rules of professional conduct. Rarely—as in almost never—are criminal defendants forced into a gag order on such spurious grounds as they might “vilify and implicitly encourage violence against public servants who are simply doing their jobs.” In fact, precedent almost uniformly emphasizes familiar First Amendment principles, which limit the court’s authority, including disfavor towards “prior restraints” and “content-based restrictions” on speech. In a case involving the prosecution of a congressman, the Sixth Circuit federal court of appeals noted that “such broadly based restrictions on speech in connection with litigation are seldom, if ever, justified. Trial judges, the government, the lawyers and the public must tolerate robust and at times acrimonious or even silly public debate about litigation.” The Sixth Circuit emphasized that criminal defendants are already very much disadvantaged vis a vis the government, and that any court restrictions must accommodate this asymmetry. “A criminal defendant awaiting trial in a controversial case has the full power of the government arrayed against him and the full spotlight of media attention focused upon him. The defendant’s interest in replying to the charges and to the associated adverse publicity, thus, is at a peak. So is the public’s interest in the proper functioning of the judicial machinery.” Other circuits follow a less restrictive rule, but even those emphasize the need for any such orders to be narrowly tailored to accomplish a substantial government interest. Courts typically have broad powers to enforce discipline in their courtrooms and over lawyers more at link

The only good part about this trial is, the judge has guaranteed an automatic appeal.....and a pretty good chance of an overturned conviction. Watch and see.

Yup, even before he was assigned the case he's quoted in the press as saying Trump belonged in jail. Then refused to recuse himself.

theconservativetreehouse.com/blog/2023/11/30/putting-it-together-the-forced-metadata-demand-inside-the-jack-smith-court-order-they-are-showing-us-the-govt-battlespace-for-2024-and-what-we-will-face/Putting It Together – The Forced Metadata Demand Inside the Jack Smith Court Order – They Are Showing Us the Govt Battlespace for 2024 and What We Will Face November 30, 2023 | Sundance | 710 Comments Yesterday, we noted the warrant demand from Special Counsel Jack Smith to Twitter, that included the demand for all information on Donald Trump’s account that relates to his followers and supporters. {LINK} However, the element for this focus is the granular demand for user metadata, and the bigger picture for 2024. Within the warrant: The U.S. government requested and received the metadata for accounts connected to, and in alignment with, President Donald J. Trump. That’s billions of billions of datapoints on millions of American citizens, their locations, their devices, their ip addresses and ultimately their real identities and connected activity as attributed to -and connected with- their connected social media accounts. Essentially, turning Donald J. Trump into the center of a surveillance virus. People then say – how could the Jack Smith special counsel possibly comb through all of those users and all of that connected metadata? The answer is Artificial Intelligence; but the serious concern comes when you combine the metadata, AI organization and the previous announcements from DHS. If you have followed my outlines on this issue [Category Here], you will note exactly where this latest Jack Smith development falls on the continuum. The 2024 election is right around the corner. Previously, I stated the artificial intelligence (AI) component to the internet surveillance system was going to launch toward the end of this year. Then DHS announced exactly that [SEE HERE]. I find it very interesting the DHS memo was issued on August 8th, but only published for the general public September 14th. July and August were when I first identified a new set of AI spider crawls underway as launched by Google. Pay very, very close attention to the two underlined words in the following paragraph: more at link *Do you see what they are actually after? Trump is in the way and stands between us and them. THEY ARE AFTER THE AMERICANS WHO DON'T WANT WHAT THEY ARE PUSHING.
