Lindsey Graham is such a tool. He needs to shut up and go away.

The real reason? Iran is showing the world what a bunch of pushovers we are.

By the way, many of the US troops injured will likely have "brain injuries". That is what they are looking for at the hospital.

From the above video, the talk of terrorism. Terrorism in my mind is when you blow up or otherwise kill innocent civilians such as women and children. Attacks on military, or government officials are acts of war. I've log thought that the politicians who start the wars in the first place should be legitimate targets. I think the term terrorism is over used, especially when military installations are attacked.
As far as attacking Iran, it is a proxy war. They fund various organizations who do their bidding. If we use the same logic, then Russia has every right to attack us because we fund a proxy war against them. People like Lindsy Graham don't think these things through.
What will really finish inflaming the mid-east is if Israel makes good on their threat to invade Lebanon. Netanyahu believes he is politically finished if the war ends. The Israeli people are up in arms because he allowed October 7 to take place. The government knew a year ago that such an attack was coming. There is much made in the media that Netanyahu wanted Hamas to arise, allowed them to receive funding, considered them beneficial for his agendas. Then this all flew back into his face with these attacks. Plus he is accused of taking bribes and is to go to trial for that once he is out of office. So it is imperative for the war to continue, or he is out of power. As long as there is a war going on, no changes to leadership will be made. Will he attack Lebanon in order to save his political position? Time will tell.
As far as the current war in Gaza is concerned, they have destroyed buildings and killed civilians, but have not defeated Hamas, nor can they. They were forced to withdraw their soldiers from Northern Gaza because they were taking too many casualties and not killing enough of Hamas. The Israeli government has admitted that they cannot destroy the tunnel system that Hamas uses. All their attacks on civilians have done, is swell the number of people supporting Hamas.

I can see this going into an uncontrollable mutual escalation, but I have to wonder just how dedicated the Biden administration is to meaningfully damaging Iran. If we're going to attack Iran, we need to do it with ending the regime in mind.
