Looks like a slightly biases article to me. If we told them about threats to "concerts" specifically, after that it's on the Russians to put extra security at the concert. Sort of like a warning about major football games, with the Super Bowl coming up you'd think someone would have paid attention. The fact that they were warned specifically puts the failure on them.

Just to mention, the Tajikistan attackers also received crypto currency payments from Ukraine in the lead up to the attack. Considering there is a strong ISIS presence in Ukraine, several ISIS members have assisted in the fight against Russia by being part of the foreign mercenaries that fight there. Plus Ukraine has been advertising in recent months in Tajikistan for assassins and mercenaries to fight for them in the war. So Ukraine has played some part in this attack. The US certainly knew more than they said at first because they knew it was ISIS-K before anyone else did, even as ISIS took responsibility, they didn't mention what faction, but the US did, making many suspicious.
There are several articles that conjecture that Nuland was in agreement with the terrorist attack on Russia and one of the reasons she was fired. When it came to the attention of the defense department that she and various European factions were looking to escalate the war, she was drummed out as a loose cannon. It was her that threatened surprises for Putin. The US then warned Russia that around the Russian election time they should beware. Which they did take precautions, but when nothing happened in the time frame they were told to watch out for they relaxed their measures.
Escobar has mentioned MI6 connections to all this and there is a European-globalist desire to keep this war going. This is evidenced by Macron and various other European leaders in the WEF orbit trying to send troops to Ukraine and trying to scare the population of Europe into believing Russia is going to over run them all to squeeze more money out of the taxpayer. One coincidence is that the ship that hit the Baltimore bridge was captained by a Ukrainian. Some are wondering outloud if this was some kind of retribution for trying to avoid supporting Ukraine. A bunch of various thoughts to keep in mind as more information surfaces.

If they beat them hard enough and long enough they'll say Mary Poppin's paid them.... bd Be my guess a firing squad would be a blessing for them. Flaming bamboo shoots under the fingernails as object lesson would get fast results.

Why would the Russians even bother putting that crud out? They know nobody believes a confession from obviously tortured prisoners. But then again, nearly all the Russian leaders are ex-KGB or high-level Soviets and lying is just a habit for them.
What's the old Soviet joke the people told? They lie to us. We know they're lying to us. They know we know they're lying to us. Yet the continue to lie.
