I hate everything about this video.
As a Child of God, I hate everything about this video. THIS savagery, the complete deprivation of human behavior. The sickening display of dissension, impurity, debachary, hatered, disccord, factions.
Hooray, you ran off the health inspector. That's not going to work out well for you in the end. But you displayed your 100% opposite of the Fruits of the Spirit. Everything you were commanded NOT to do. All on camera for the world to see. Good job. GOOOOOOOOOD JOB.
You want to know why your 2.00 an hour server, your 9.00 cashier, and your 16 year old host doesn't demand people wear their mask? BECAUSE DISGUSTING PEOPLE LIKE THIS ARE EVERYWHERE......showing their asses. We don't get paid enough, it's not our job.
This just makes me want to puke.

Mixed feelings about the video...agree with them standing their ground, but neither the health inspector or deputies acted badly. Seems like the business owners could have handled it better, talking instead of yelling or using foul language. These were not like some of the city cops I've seen but more like our cops...they were trying not to escalate the situation. Seems like they're caught in the middle.
I would not have treated them like that.

laurazone5, I wasn't going to watch the video, but I must admit that my curiosity was piqued by your assertion that it is filled with a "sickening display of dissension, impurity, debachary, hatered, disccord, factions." Did I miss something? All I saw was a group of people standing up for their rights.

I don't think anyone 'misses' anything.......it is clear. Unless they want too.
America is becoming very near sighted.

The woman is a sociopath who enjoys telling others what to do, it makes her feel important. She is nothing without the police having her back. The cops have to decide are they going to side with a tyrant, in this case Cuomo who is ruling by edict or stand with the people, patriots and freedom.

The cops were not at all disrespectful to them. Save it for those who earned it.

Save it for those who earned it. Looks to me the cops didn’t understand they had no lawful reason to be there. What part of private property did they not understand ? We are either a nation of laws or not. It now appears we have lots of want to be dictators.

They should have been shown the same courtesy. That's just me.

From my take and life experience is those cops and most I know were having a hard time with a citizen informing them they were in the wrong. Those cops were being uncompliant trying to find away to hang some charge on the owner. Respect to my thinking is earned if the cops had said sorry we bothered you once they were told to leave I could go with that but they persisted in making up laws instead of enforcing laws. Cops refer to everyone as citizens for a reason. The refer to other cops as officers with a rank attached. Many forget just who they work for.

You are a nice person that I will hand you. As long as people are decent and respectful, yes. Ask my DD's ex how nice I am after he gave my grandchild a concussion and back injury. There is a time and a place for nice, and a time for not-so-nice.

I expect more of this to happen, people are getting to the end of their ropes being told what to do by folks that do not have the laws to support them. Do I wish it could be handled without offensive (to me) language and without the anger - of course I do. Why can't it be? Because the Health Department people that were trespassing believed their job was more important that the rights of private property. If they had left when they were told to, frustration would not have led to anger spilling over. If the sheriff had taken a stronger stand to enforce the laws on the books, this frustration would not have boiled over. If the Health dept had gone, gotten a warrant (if they could) and returned, they would have had the law on their side.
Standing there arguing that they have the power to ignore laws on the books caused the emotion to boil over. What other options were there? The people were painted into a corner/hamstrung - they couldn't physically force them off the private property because that could be A&B, the sheriff didn't take a fast and firm stand to uphold their private property rights, so emotions escalated. Yelling, foul language ensued, tempers were lost, ugly things were said.
Some people are at the cracking point, are done feeling helpless and they watched Antifa, BLM and others literally attack people and burn things down with impunity. I'm afraid more ugliness borne of frustration is coming.

If it was my property I'd have seen it as an opportunity. Tell the gal from the health department to leave, and if she refused, and since there were already cops there, demand they arrest her for trespassing. If they refused, call 911 and have them arrested for trespassing.
911, what's your emergency?
I have trespassers on my property, some of them armed, can you send someone to get them off my property?
