I always boil the eggs the way my mother did. Take them right out of the frig and into cold water, let them boil for 10 minutes, run cold water over them and let them sit there for a bit. I never have a problem peeling the shells off, eggs from the store or from home always worked well for me! I call them "Angel Eggs "

Tuffy used to have big bags of boiled peeled eggs. They tasted fresh and delicious with hot sauce Yes they were frozen but that did not hurt them.

What!?!?!?!? Ok, I gotta try this because I'm with you - gotta be an easier way. So, the million dollar question -- how were they to peel (supposing they were farm fresh)? They are real easy to peel using the smash and roll method.
