Since a large number of weapons sent to Ukraine have shown up on the black market, it is very possible that some of these were purchased by Iran and others who support Hamas, and were then provided to Hamas. Not likely to have been purchased by Hamas, but bought by others with the necessary financial resources such as oil money.
