As I've said before, with our satellites and other recon capabilities we're bound to know every square inch of Yemen. Why we haven't destroyed each and every missile/drone site by now is a mystery to me.
Or maybe it's not a mystery after all. The Houthis are proud proxies of Iran, which makes any strikes against US or UK shipping or military ships an act of war by Iran. The administration is full of Obama holdovers, and his obsession with getting that useless nuclear treaty back in place, plus his accidental admission of his Muslim faith will keep Iran safe.

Biden is an idiot. This has all been orchestrated. Not by dementia Joe but by someone.

Cutting the undersea cable? Surely we have enough ships/planes/drones in the area to blow any Houthi boat out of the water.
Why we haven't already blown every Houthi site and suspected site in Yemen to pieces is a mystery to me. If we don't have a spy satellite sitting over Yemen pinpointing every Houthi in the country I'd be very surprised.

Those 'bases' in Syria are just places in the sand with great big targets on them. They are set up as bait. Get our men and women out of there if you're not going to do all you can to protect them.

Pure BS. Iran not only supplies the rockets/missiles, it pays the militias. If that's not control I don't know what is. Iran trains the fighters, both in Iran and in country. There's nothing those groups do that doesn't have Iran's sanction.
Does anyone really think that the grand industrial country of Yemen is capable of producing even one guided missile?

Yep. But as luck would have it, they don't have to. They already had plenty of missiles stockpiled when Yemen's former gov't was being supported by the Saudi's and U.S. The one thing lacking was launchers after the Saudi airstrikes took them out, again with our help. Soooo.....with a some black market shopping and engineering ingenuity, they now use mobile launchers mounted on trucks.Yes, missiles fired at ships from dry land, minutes later they're moved to another spot. Iran has helped them in the past but the Yemen Houthis are an independent bunch. Not only are they enemies with the Muslim Brotherhood, they fight Al Qaeda and ISIS too, which is why the top brass at the Pentagon said it was a bad idea to help the Saudi's bomb the Yemenis rebels during their civil war and just stay the heck out of it.
If you look into the background history going back to at least the 60's you'll see why the little hotheads in Yemen are even starting to make Iran a little nervous. lol Trivia time! Y'all prolly already know which country has the highest per capita of private gun ownership in the world, right? Guess who is #2? (This link is 7 years old but I think the Falklands slipped a spot or two since then) en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Estimated_number_of_civilian_guns_per_capita_by_country
