Did you mean Libertarians instead of librarians? If so, they have run some goofball people too at times. Oh please oh please NOT librarians!!! They'll make us all read Chaucer again..... bd I was a contrarian. I read Heinlein instead of Chaucer.
Got to watch those librarians. They are quiet and sneaky.

ohiodreamer , I'll plead that you vote for Trump. On a personal level, I don't like the man and wish DeSantis had won the primary. But I'll vote for Trump for the singular reason that not voting for him is basically voting against him, and voting for Biden. I know, Biden isn't even in charge of his bowels anymore, but his handlers are pure Marxist, and that's who would be put back in charge. My thinking is this: The Lord will always be in control, and choose His timing. In the meantime, without prior knowledge of His time frame, all we can do is keep as much evil at bay as possible. I've given my life and soul to the Lord, but I still stock up. Post of the century award.

Yep, if you are going to vote I say vote for Trump. If only to stick it to the dems, whose heads exploded the last time he was in office. And maybe some of them will actually leave the country like they said they would if he is elected. There is literally NO ONE ELSE who will do anything close to the right thing. (I have some serious issues with Trump but he is the only one left as a choice)

It's kinda funny actually. They were so sure that he would lose in 2016 and he proved them wrong. DH was watching a clip from CNN the day of the NH primaries and they were so sure Nikki was going to take it. I had to chuckle, deja vu. It's history repeating itself.

It's almost funny watching and reading the hysterics of news outlets like CNN/MSNBC/NPR/MSM that Trump could really have the support he has. Of course, they literally hate Trump supporters just as much as Trump himself, but they don't realize for every insult they hurl at his supporters more independents take offense too. Sort of like with every indictment they throw at Trump the more his popularity goes up.
The dems seem to hate Trump and his supporters so much they're blinded to what their attacks do to themselves.

www.breitbart.com/politics/2024/01/28/nikki-haley-i-absolutely-trust-the-jury-in-e-jean-carrolls-defamation-case-against-trump/Nikki Haley: ‘I Absolutely Trust the Jury’ in E. Jean Carroll’s Defamation Case Against Trump Republican presidential candidate former Gov. Nikki Haley (R-SC) said Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press” that she absolutely trusted the jury’s $83 million verdict for E. Jean Carroll in her case against former President Donald Trump. Anchor Kristen Welker said, “Let’s talk about the court cases. On Friday, a jury ordered Donald Trump to pay writer E. Jean Carroll $83 million in damages for defamation. This was a year after a different jury found him liable for sexual abuse. You have said, and you repeated here, maybe it’s fair, maybe it’s not. Let me just ask you, on the substance of the jury’s ruling, should that be disqualifying to be president?” Haley said, “I think the American people decide who should be disqualifying. It’s the same thing with the RNC picking the nominee. We don’t need take over anything that the American people have the right to do. I think that I’ve always said I think Donald Trump has the right to be on the ballot. I’ve always said I trust the American people. They know how to make good decisions and So I think that they’re going to see this for what it is. They see that he’s completely distracted. They see that he’s going on these rans about how he’s the victim, and I think that’s exactly what we don’t need a strong leader to be. So you know, these court cases will keep happening one by one. We’ll keep seeing him in a courtroom and we’ll see him come out and do a press conference and that’s not what a president should be. That’s not what we want Russia to see. That’s not what we want China to see and not what we want Iran to see.” more with video at link

What a miserable broad, and I'm only saying broad because I banned the correct word.
Leftist prosecutors, leftist judge, and a leftist jury came up with a completely insane verdict. It was to be expected in New York, but my gosh, even those people have to understand how crazy that was.
