Monday, May 4, at 4pm, Milo went to heaven. She would have been 14 years old, May 13. She is my baby that had conjestive heart failure. (Black patch on her face)
I cannot describe the pain I am in, but Bella, her sister, is devastated. I can't handle life right now. I don't know what to do to help Bella. I don't even know how to pray. I am trying to be strong, and I am failing. Pray for Bella. I can't lose her too....I just can't.....

Oh, Laura! I am so so sorry!
Father God, our friend Laura is hurting, and so is her little Bella. Please wrap your loving, comforting arms around them and help them get through this. Send them a friend to spend time with them and give them the gift of physical presence. Thank you for hearing us in Jesus name.

Laura, prayers for the two of you. I'm so sorry, especially that this happened now when you're alone. Wish we could be with you.

I am so very sorry. These losses are devastating under normal circumstances, but now - all our pain and fears are magnified. Come back here and share often -- let those that can be here for you virtually - give you what peace and comfort we can. My heart aches for you and Bella.

laurazone5, as you know dogs are super sensitive to our emotions because they study our behavior, body language, facial expressions, voice tones, etc. all the time. They know what's going on with us as soon as we walk in the room. So your grief is like a double helping for Bella right now. She has her own plus yours added to it. I'm saying this for a good reason and NOT to be mean because your post was more or less a plea for help about how or what to do. I don't know the situation in your area with "lockdowns" but if you can find a dog park open, an animal shelter open or even a neighbor with a dog you can go for a walk together - anything at all it will help you both. Just being in the company of a few others will be far better than being alone and dwelling on sadness. If you have to work, try seeing if someone will dog sit for you during your shift. Bring a nice dog or child over and let them be your "therapist" for a little while.

I found this when I was going through some memes on my desktop, and thought of you, laurazone5.
Still lifting you and your fur friend up in prayer.
