PA Auditor General Eugene DePasquale (a national treasure!) finds issues with business closures during Covid. Apparently some animals are more equal than others ... especially animals who get elected officials to intervene on their behalf.
The AG's investigation is ongoing. Hopefully at the end, we'll be able to see which businesses and legislators were involved, and how much money changed hands in order to make those waivers happen.
A photo I took a couple of weeks ago of a closed business in downtown Carnegie seems appropriate here ...

Too late I'm afraid, a lot of those small businesses arbitrarily closed will never reopen.
From what I've read Wolf is one of the more egregious of power lusting tyrants in charge of states. You can only hope people will remember his actions and boot him next election.

I have friends in Ill-annoy who are going out to dinner every single night, so they can support local businesses that refuse to close (this against Prick-ster's power grab).
They send pics of themselves enjoying their meals at the local establishments, and post them on the power-mad governor's FB page. They encourage others to do the same.

Luckily our state legislature is R-majority and they keep him in check most of the time ... except when he rules by executive fiat.
