Psalm 121 King James Version 121 I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.
2 My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.
3 He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.
4 Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.
5 The Lord is thy keeper: the Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand.
6 The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.
7 The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.
8 The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.

I love Psalms. We (our church) couldn't have started that book at a better time. It may take a year or more to get through it but every time I read David's words I'm reminded of how much strength you receive from just a little (but unshakable) faith in God. It makes what would be a scary situation, a walk in the park, (for me anyway).

May be a walk in the park for you, farmrbrown, but I have to hang on tight to Father, and a lot of the time, I shut my eyes really tight while I'm holding on.

I know what you mean, and I should be more careful how I say things. I can sound pretty flippant or arrogant sometimes..........so I've been told, lol. I think I've just been blessed in that way, the more confidence I have in God taking care of all my problems and obstacles, the easier it gets not to get worried about it. And I've been fortunate to get lots of experience doing it from a young age, although it seems to come more natural to me than other people. I wish there was a way to just give a bunch of that confidence away when someone needed it.
