I can and can't believe it. The fix has been in from the start, but I thought surely there are enough honest people in the DOJ that she'd be charged at least with conspiracy. Well, I guess we know hillary's fate now. The Justice Department is declining to bring charges against Lois Lerner, the former IRS official at the center of a political controversy over the processing of applications for tax-exempt status.
Federal prosecutors announced their decision Friday in a letter to members of Congress. www.thegatewaypundit.com/2015/10/breaking-irs-hack-lois-lerner-will-face-no-charges-in-obama-doj-investigation/

I just wonder if the USA can ever recover from the damage that Obama has done to the US Justice Department? We look like a third world country and our Govt acts like one.

What is happening with her pay? pension, etc. ? She doesn't deserve bread and water for a while. I don't know the limitations on this type of crime, but I think she could still be charged if there were actually humans at the DOJ at some point. Sometimes, I just think I've had it and give up on ALL gov, no matter who is elected, who gets voted out, who is appointed.. This nation has been trained to ignore and even defend criminal and immoral behavior, particularly in positions of leadership. I remember when I was young (LOL) and although I didn't know that much about policy and voting records, etc., I could at least get excited about an election and have energy about making change for the better or whatever the issue of the day. The older I got, the more I knew, the more I have become more isolated in my hopes and dreams. I feel wrong for giving up, and then I feel foolish for having hope, when these things are what we see. It's a never ending disappointment and troubling. Sorry, these types of headlines really make me debbie downer sometimes. I'll snap out of it.

Gads. Can she be charged if/when new admin gets in? I don't believe double jeopardy comes into play until someone is tried in court. A new administration could re-look the evidence over.

Don't apologize, you're not the only one who feels that way. It's one of the reasons I prep; we're turning into a 3rd world country faster than I imagined. And I'm losing hope that we'll turn around anytime soon.

No matter who you vote for, the government gets in.

I think that's right Tom but I doubt too many Republicans would look into it again if they were elected. Trump or Cruz might. I'm not sure if Obama can legally pardon her or not until she has been charged.
