Before I went in the hospital I bought a few small oven or MW meals as I wasn’t up to cooking. I never buy frozen pizzas but grabbed one of those mini pizzas as well, I think it was the Supreme as I like onions/peppers etc. Haven’t had one for probably 15 yrs or more and wasn’t big on them then but figured it would be a change from the chicken pasta type dinners. It was. Baked one for lunch today. 🤮 Ack! Ack! Ack! Flavorless cardboard crust. Bottom was brittle, rest was soggy mush. Very thin layer of extremely bland Spaghettio type sauce…horrible stuff with no way to know it was anything Italian, much less pizza sauce. Cheese was dry and awful and appeared to be mostly cheddar?
Will never ever try that again, but wondering how these companies stay in business? Never been a fan of Totinos but they were 10x better way back when then they are now. I’m surprised the dog ate it.

I ate a lot of Totinos growing up, along with fried bologna sandwiches and hot dogs. Anything I could cook in the microwave. I was a latch key kid and wasn't allowed to use the big oven, only the microwave.
You thought your totinos pizza was bad baked in the oven, you ain't had it cooked in a microwave. Bwahahaha!!
It was weird and chewy...like rubbery chewy. But it was all I had and didn't have discriminating tastebuds yet.

Ok, Safeway signature brand rising crust supreme is what I stock up on. I do sometimes add extra cheese.
22 min at 400 in the Oven fryer set on pizza.
The non rising crust suck!

I can eat Freschetta or a couple others on rare occasion but could never get through a whole pizza so there’s a lot of waste. Not to mention there’s a couple pizza buffets minutes from me that are cheaper/healthier than a frozen pizza. I just wanted a one or two serving pizza while I was stuck at home recuperating. Didn’t seem like they could be that bad…wrong.

I have a good air fryer but I used my actual oven to bake this. The sauce was the worst…just reminded me of that sweet Spaghettio sauce without a hint of Italian seasonings. Gag.

Walmart here makes pizzas and one is a breakfast pizza. Sausage and scrambled eggs..on something like a biscuit crust. 16-18 inch. I baked the whole pizza then cut it in serving size and put in the freezer. Never waste a good pizza........

I've learned that cooking in the microwave makes anything with protein tough and rubbery/chewy. I don't nuke any sort of bread for more than 10 seconds. Of course, if that was the only means of cooking, I'd just have to learn to eat chewy bread.

.............I was looking at P's and then I ended up over in Blue bell cherry frozen dipper pizza and was very pleased with my purchase ! $8.32 plus tx sales tax , just about the same price as the pizza I turned down ! I'm sure My A1c was bumped a little more than normal but was worth the risk . , fordy

A young lady at Fresh Thyme shared an ap with me. NOW, I am 100% boomer when it comes to aps. I don't like them, I don't know how to use them, and frankly, I can see half the crap on my phone...... BUT YUKA (it has a picture of a carrot) is an ap where you scan the barcode and it will tell you if it's good, or if it's garbage. Example below This gets a 60/100 only because it's high in fat.....which for what this product is used for, doesn't make it 'bad' This is for a pre made processed Pancake mix and it is TRASH. When you scan a trash item, at the bottom it will give you suggestions for better options.
