I hope it ends here, the guy’s been through enough. A day or two ago I read that they have not recovered the bullet that killed him (the illegal alien), so there’s really no way of knowing if the guy was killed by Kelly, some of his compatriots or someone else.

Kelly’s attorney said 7 jurors voted not guilty, 1 voted guilty.

He should never have been charged in the first place. Just like Trump shouldn't have been charged with a made up crime.

I read the Epoch Times article on the case and came to the conclusion that either one juror has a room temperature IQ, or an axe to grind with gringos.
The prosecution basically had nothing bur circumstantial evidence, while Kelly seems to have done everything right. When he saw a bunch of crimaliens out his kitchen window, armed, he called the police. When he heard shots he went outside with his rifle and shot over their heads. The police came out, but didn't find a body. Kelly found it later that day and called the police again. If he was guilty how easy would it have been to just push some dirt over the body in the ditch and forget about it?
With a 7-1 jury the prosecutors probably won't retry the case.

WooHoo! Glad he doesn’t have to deal with the cost and stress of another trial.
