I've got a 2003 Honda CRV, and just last year, I had a fuel pump replaced. Well, they told me the connector was bad, and the only way to get a new one was to buy the whole wiring harness. ($400+) Now once in a while, I have to tip the back seat all the way forward, pull the carpet up and unscrew the cover plate to wiggle the wires. It's been getting worse and worse until I just haven't been driving it. I've checked junk yards, and they cut the wires and the connector gets destroyed with the gas tank. Anybody have any ideas? Got an old CRV laying around you'd sell pieces off of?

IF the Unit has a pig tail and the plug does not plug directly into the top of fuel pump you can splice another connector of your choice.

You should be able to find that at a U-pull, style junk yard. Typically they drain the fluids, and Punch a hole in the gas tanks. The gas tanks will be in the car yet.
I checked on the Dorman website also, no luck on the plug in.

The resident Electrical Engineer says you can use bullet connectors or 1/4" spade lugs.
In the words of Tim Allen: "Rewire it!"

rockauto has em for $35, made by Standard Motor Products. Always was a good name and last I'd seen, seem to still be. Relatively speaking. www.rockauto.com/catalog/racatalog.phpsearch the web for "rockauto discount code" It's 5% off and would cover shipping and a little more in this case probably. retailmenot.com is where I get my codes if I don't happen to have an up to date one. They don't care. They say to share the code as much as you want. The code goes in on the cart page where it says "where did you hear about us". Just paste and hit tab or click outside of it and it will update the price with the discount.
