Most don't know when the colonies were first started it followed the English banking system and the already established banking cabal. The owners of the central bank controls everything .

It is obvious that there are many players or entities external to or employed by the government who influence or control the government .... but there is no conspiracy unless these various players are cooperating with each other secretly. There must be a mutually agreed on plan that would benefit all of the players.
