I'm looking for recipe ideas. I've got stew beef pieces and I don't want to make beef stew. Any ideas?

Onions equal weight of meat Sour cream 12oz per pound of meat Smoked or no smokes papperica more than you think heaping tablespoon per pound
Pasta amount based on how much meat
Brown meat season salt&pepper Put in pressure cooker
Sauta onions till a bit of color Toss on top of meat
Warm up the saute pan you used and add some of the sour cream to pick up the brown good stuff from the pan. Add that sour cream and the ready not used to clean to brown but to the pressure pot on top of the onions on to of the meat add the papperica. Stir and mix.
10 pound 10 minutes. Serve on top of past

I make this often, scaled down to how much meat I have on hand. Of course you don't have to use a pressure cooker, I just find it a lot easier. Food Wishes Recipes - Beef Chili Recipe in a Pressure Cooker - How to Use Pressure Cooker foodwishes.blogspot.com/2010/10/beef-chili-thats-great-under-pressure.htmlBeef Chili Colorado Ingredients: 2 1/2 pounds beef chuck, cut in 1-inch cubes salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 onion, diced 3 cloves garlic chopped 2 tablespoon ancho chili powder 2 teaspoon Spanish paprika 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon chipotle pepper 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 1 can (10.5-oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies 1 1/4 cup water 1 tablespoon ground corn chips, optional cilantro and chopped green onions to garnish bd

Stew meat and a jar of salsa, low and slow in the crockpot, makes delicious tacos.

One of my favorites.... Chopped onion in the bottom of the counter top roaster. Garlic. Bear stew meat chunks. Liter home canned apple juice, mix 1/4 cup beef gravy powder. Black pepper. Water if you think you need a little.
Low and slow until tender.
Over rice, or boiled potatoes...

That guy is hilarious and probably half of my top ten meals I make now were learned from him.
