1/3 cup each of Thai chili powder, soy paste and coconut oil. Thin slice a small head of savoy cabbage. Boil in 3-4 quarts of water until cabbage is almost done. In another pan cook the white parts of a bunch of green onions with pork sausage. Add 3 stalks of thin sliced celery including the leaves, 1 red bell pepper sliced to cabbage, a handful of sliced crimini mushrooms, can of sliced water chestnut, 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro and 3-4 cloves diced garlic Add spices and simmer 30 minutes. Add meat mixture to vegetables and add sliced green onions to each bowl. Serve over noodles or rice or just eat as soup. The broth is very good for you if you're feeling under the weather.
