I don't like getting a sandwich and meat is 2 inches across and the bread is 5". Daaa,use a bread pan to press your burgers! put wax paper between them and freeze for future use.
The best time to add flavorings to burgers is when you are mixing the meat.In deer meat I add eggs and breadcrumbs to help it stay together on the grill If you just love grilled burgers and can't do it every time,just add liquid smoke while mixing
