Mostly, I pray my Mantis will start. It's getting old, I don't use it for periods of time and you know what sitting a 2-cycle does. But when I want to use the Mantis, I need it. I use it in my raised beds and some in the big garden to cultivate. So, consider this: mantis.com/product/mantis-58v-cordless-tiller-cultivator-3558/ Has the battery technology gotten good enough, to where cordless tillers like this are a viable option to gas powered?

I looked at those but went with a green works one. 40v battery. I’ve used it a couple times and I’m pretty happy so far.

I ran it for about 30mins and still had plenty of battery. I was using it on ground that had been tilled up last year and it did fine. I’m not so sure how well it would do on sod tho. Thinking something heavier would be required but I’ll be using it many on raised beds and well composted ground.

Like I said, my Mantis is mostly used for cultivating in the big garden and some work in my raised beds, so no problem. I'm getting to the point where I'm worthless after thirty minutes, anyway...
