About a trillion dollars in US treasury bonds have been sold by foreign governments in 2015, yet they seem to have disappeared. There was no effect on the market price and no one seems to own them, at least no one obvious..... This report goes into the ESF, Exchange Stabilization Fund, a secret government office run by the treasury department with no congressional over sight at all. Controlled by the Secretary of the Treasury. They have very deep pockets. Control the FED and the big banks. Involved in propping up the dollar, funding foreign governments, rebels, black operations and more. For more information.... www.marketskeptics.com/2011/06/the-esf-and-its-history.htmlA 5 part series. He has accumulated news articles and has boiled them down into a coherent story. Is he 100% correct? No telling, but where there is smoke there is fire. Now this guy defends the central banks because his grandfather was a central banker. Some of those bankers may have had good intentions in the past, but now, those bankers are probably thoroughly corrupted. Even if some still wish to have good intentions, they are controlled and must dance to the tune played. I watched these once but they are pretty packed with information and will have to watch them again.

I heard months ago that the US Treasury was secretly buying back their own bonds to the tune of 85 billion dollars a month.$85 x 12 = $1,000,000,000 and some odd change! Wade

Where there's money involved, there's greed and corruption. The more money, the more of both. Between Central Banks performing like a fungus on a tree, eventually draining it's host of life, and totalitarian governments using central planning to oversee their economies, there can be only one eventuality - collapse.
The Fed can't be audited, the Treasury Department has hidden operations, the government numbers are lies, and the official assurance to the frogs in the pan is "it's your imagination, the water's not getting hotter".
