I'm getting ready to try using some pickle crisp in canning my green beans. Anyone ever try this?? I'm not big on mushy beans, so I thought it would be worth a try. I'm not pickling them.... just normal canning in water.

Bummer...my husband Avoid veg. Because they "mushy". He grew up allowed to eat corn and tomatoes and potatoes only were I grew up with 3 different colors of vegetables and a salad every dinner.
