They announced two days ago that they will be building the new battery plant in Glendale Kentucky. This plant will be about 15 miles from my house. This will be huge for this part of Ky. The plant will sit on 1500 acres and be in operation in 2025. They will have to get busy if it will get done that fast. They say it will employ 5000 people. They are starting new vocational classes in all the local schools. It sounds to me like there is a ton of government money tied up in all of this. I really want to know how they plan on getting 5000 people off the couch. Around here everyone that wants a job has one. It is hard to find employees to flip burgers. There is a Wendy's for sale that only has 3 employees and open for only 8 hours each day. I do think that it will be fun to watch.
