If I never hear that guy again it'll be too soon. But, it was a very interesting video. I wouldn't be concerned with times or pulling power, what struck me was the difference in oil consumption. Apparently the Chonda burns oil like mad, which to me means a new motor is poorly made. Heck, I've got old B&S motors around here that are 25+ years old and don't burn oil like that.

Yep, loose rings, poor tolerances, etc. They can steal all the diagrams in the world, but good quality takes more than cheap labor and around-the-clock production.

I always buy the predator from HF, and did not know there are other honda knockoffs out there.
The power test would have been far better done with a HD generator or alternator to measure peak output in watts, easily translated to horsepower and far more accurate.....Joe
