This is local to me. Pass Christian is just west of us on the coast. These are BS charges and everyone knows it. Notice how they call it riots? www.wlox.com/2023/08/16/pass-christian-man-arrested-involvement-january-6-us-capitol-riots/HARRISON COUNTY, Miss. (WLOX) - A Pass Christian man was arrested Tuesday on federal charges related to the U.S. Capitol Riots that happened on January 6, 2021. The FBI says James Allen Knowles, of Pass Christian, was inside the Capitol with the crowd that stormed the building. He faces four charges: Entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds Disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds Disorderly conduct in a Capitol building or grounds Parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a capitol building More at the link. Here is another paragraph from the article: Can we do anything these days without our government knowing what we're up to?? In making its case against Knowles, the FBI says it tracked his cell phone to the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6th, including making calls to the offices of Mississippi’s U.S. Senators Cindy Hyde-Smith and Roger Wicker.

It would seem a bit of a deception (entrapment) on the part of the Capitol Police when they're video taped standing beside the doors and cordially allowing hundreds of people inside. How many of those people who just wandered around, took selfies, and generally behaved themselves would have burst through those doors if they'd been closed and guarded?
Expecting those people to know obscure laws, and with the seeming invitation by the police, should negate any charges in total.
Those arrests might fly if there had been "NO ADMITTANCE" signs, but otherwise yes, they're BS.

Riddle me this Batman. I'd like to know exactly how a person that's recognized as the legal owner of a property AKA: a Taxpayer, can be legally convicted of Trespassing on said property? Oh, I'm aware of restraining orders in domestic disputes where one party is ordered to leave temporarily and I'm not talking about vandalism, theft or violent acts either. Just straight up ole trespassing ..... on your own land.

A bit of a sidenote: those radical left-wing militants who set off a bomb at the Capitol in the 70s included none other than Chesa Boudin's parents, who were part of the Weather Underground. Boudin is the radical left-wing militant DA in San Francisco who was recently recalled for helping create the ongoing disaster. When his parents went to prison for the bombing, another couple who were also members of the WU raised Chesa. That couple were none other than Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn. And for those who don't know, Ayers, who has described himself as a "small 'c' communist", went on to become a "distinguished" professor at Univ of Illinois @ Chicago.....no doubt teaching the next generation how to be left-wing militants.

But of course they do. Please stop thinking that the Rule of Law is still alive in this country. It is not.
