On the bright side..............knowing the life expectancy of a queer muslim who chooses to go public in many foreign countries, this project probably won't be around long or have that many on the payroll.

Picture this: Some gay Muslim cubicle dweller at the State Department, who also happens to be of Indian descent, brings a proposal to his gay supervisor. Between them they make a formal proposal to the embassy chief in Mumbai, who is Hindu, but thinks it would be great if Muslim gays came out of their closets. Why? Well, India has many tall buildings. This is money laundering at the giveOment level. When bummer had the "shoved ready jobs", My little school district "received" $750,000. I went to pay my property taxes and "axed" where the monies went. They never got any. They had a web site to track the money and was it soon taken down.

Where did these funds go??

Just like today, The IRS getting XXX $$ funding and Guns and ammo??? NOPE, that money is funneled to Ukraine or some other political pet project.
