Elections are a joke, we get the same under-handed duplicitous jerks no matter their political label. There's no way the republican leadership didn't know what was being sneaked into the bill. There's just a whole lot of room to hide a couple paragraphs in a 1,000 page document, I wonder what we'll find out tomorrow and the next day.
They always title constitutional encroachments in such nice sounding phrases. Unless someone is going over each and every word, and questioning every sentence, they'll slip right by.
