Who dis? Can't get the image I wanted. 😠The image was of the man who painted this: This artist was primarily known in California in the late 1940's for his street paintings of paris. Being like most starving artists, he continued to paint, but eventually worked quite a bit in Hollywood helping to create movie sets. There is a photo of him with the two stars of an Oscar winning movie, looking at his paintings. That was the photo I couldn't find a copy of. The paintings feature prominently in the film, as part of the plot. The two stars of the movie became life long friends. Maybe it was because the primary star talked the other one into a successful movie career. So, some trivia questions... 1. What Best Picture movie did this painter do paintings for? 2. Who were the two primary stars? At the start of filming, what were they famous for? Hint: Not long before he died, one of the stars attended an award ceremony for the other. When he was thanked backstage, since everybody knew how ill he was, his reply? Only for you, Lester. Only for you.3. Lastly, who was the painter?
