They seem to be a bit more enthusiastic than our SEC in dealing with inside traders and stock market bandits. This guy is described as the partner of "China's Warren Buffett" Ok, this is China: crazy things happen all the time. Not that I will ever be an inside trader - unless a friend is selling an exceptionally fine goat- but I don't want to be summarily executed! Of course, we could assign the big shots to community service- in China.
