A large cargo of 847 pump-action Winchester shotguns: models 781 SXP 12-51 and 66 SXP 12-47,
without transportation permits has been seized by the Italian police at the Port of Trieste.
The Turkish-made Winchester shotguns worth about €500,000 (or $529,625.00 in US Dollars) and which were on their way to Belgium.
The weapons were declared along with other cargoes destined for Germany and the Netherlands
on a Dutch-registered truck driven by a Turkish citizen. Gun shipments from Turkey are nothing new in Trieste,
but this time the shipment was missing a key document: authorization for transportation in the EU.
www.rt.com/news/323645-trieste-winchester-shotguns-turkey/This is not the first time European law enforcement has seized a shipment of Turkish-made weapons.
In September, the Hellenic Coast Guard of Greece intercepted two sea containers loaded
with some 5,000 pump-action combat shotguns and nearly
500,000 rounds of US-made 9mm ammo,
on the Haddad I cargo ship off the port of Heraklion in Crete.
Woudn't it be 'interesting' if say, that some of that U.S.-made 9mm ammo
could be traced back to those rounds that the U.S. gooberment was purchasing
for all their alphabetic agencies to use for "practice"....even those who don't
even have a recognized department in law enforcement or even a need to do so?
I've often wondered where all this ammo is going to......
inquiring minds would like to know for certain.
With THIS current administration up to their necks in appointed muslim czars running things behind the scenes,
it wouldn't surprise me in the least, if some or all of this ammo found it's way half-way around the world to start
or finish jihadists plans for world domination.
Are they facilitating jihad in Europe and elsewhere?
