I know I've read about it in CC, can someone remind me about best practice for carb cleaning?
we have a pressure washer that generally gets used for several days in a row and then sits for 3 months. Though we run the last tank dry, the carb still has to be cleaned out after the long sit or it will not start or run smoothly. I think someone here recommended a product to run thru the final tank that would prevent gum up.

Seafoam is what I use. I really don't know if it's the best, but it has always worked for me, or at least appeared to work.

Yep, Seafoam. Also, if you add some Pri-G to the stored gas it'll store much longer with less lacquer buildup. I'm running the last of some 3 year old gas in my mower and tractor right now with no problems.

I love Sea Foam, because it is so impressive when you fire up the engine.

Thank you gentlemen, and Pony, and John.
I've used seafoam in the diesel trucks, didn't realize it was good for gas as well.

Yep, Seafoam is good for both, but a lousy mixer for cocktails.

I was kinda hoping that someone would recommend that DEKE actually use the pressure washer to clean the pressure washer carburetor. Then we could have just sat back and waited until he asked the obvious follow-up question.
